**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Survey CAD Technician to join our team in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, including experience with survey computations and platting, as well as field experience.

As a Survey CAD Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of drawings, maps, and other documents related to land surveying projects. You will also participate in field surveys and collect data using Trimble data collection, GPS receivers, and robotic total stations.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the preparation of drawings, maps, and other documents related to land surveying projects.
  • Perform survey computations and platting tasks as needed.
  • Participate in field surveys and collect data using Trimble data collection, GPS receivers, and robotic total stations.

**Requirements**

  • Associate degree or higher in surveying technology/geomatics, civil engineering, or related field and/or registration as a SI preferred, but not required.
  • 5+ years' experience in land surveying, preferably with land development survey experience and emphasis on land development projects.
  • Proficient in programs like Civil 3D 2022 or higher, Google Earth, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Word & Excel.
