Geospatial Technologist

We're hiring a highly motivated Geospatial Technologist to join our Community Planning Team in Downtown Raleigh. The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $40-$50.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use ArcGIS and spatial mapping concepts and tools to support planning activities.
• Create configurable applications, data products, reports, and presentations in support of various GIS and technology projects.
• Work with others to research planning/land use related issues, gathering and analyzing data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in City Planning, Urban and Regional Planning, Geography, GIS, Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
• Beginning knowledge of or interest in Adobe products (including InDesign and Illustrator) and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
