Job Description

This senior-level role involves leading geospatial project teams in performing field surveys, data processing, and mapping tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in land surveying, with a proven track record of successful project management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead survey technicians in field operations, data processing, and mapping activities
  2. Perform quality assurance and quality control functions to ensure deliverables meet company standards
  3. Develop cost estimates and prepare technical reports and proposals for land surveying projects

Requirements

  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure in North Carolina
  • Bachelor of Science in Geomatics or Associate Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering Technology
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation surveying platforms
  • Familiarity with Leica Geosystems hardware and software
