We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Relations Specialist to join our team at YRCI. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on labor relations and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and advisory services to management on labor relations and employee relations matters.
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve workplace conflicts and disputes.
- Conduct training sessions on labor relations and employee rights.
- Review and analyze labor agreements and collective bargaining contracts.
- Provide guidance on leave management, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to labor relations and employee relations.
- 10 years of federal HR experience, with at least 4 years of specialized experience in labor relations.
- College degree preferred.
- Proven administrative skills and experience with HR automated systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
