We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. As a representative, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to ensure accurate settlements.

- Interview insureds, claimants, and witnesses to gather information and evidence
- Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage to determine the validity of claims
- Inspect property and auto damages to assess the extent of losses
- Prepare reports of findings and secure settlements with insureds and claimants
- Use claims-handling software and company resources to adjust losses in a paperless environment
- Provide superior and professional customer service to insureds and claimants
- Be available and communicative during regular business hours
- Have a desire to learn about the insurance industry and provide a great customer experience
- Be able to work unsupervised and make decisions independently
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with insureds and claimants
- Have excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Be prepared to follow up with others in a timely manner
- Have a valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $76,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
