Job Title: Therapist Specialist

Job Description:
The Case Management Company is seeking a skilled Clinical Counselor to provide therapeutic services to individuals and groups addressing mental health, substance use, and other behavioral health needs. This role requires advanced clinical skills, adherence to professional ethical standards, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on psychotherapy and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Evaluate symptoms and behaviors to determine potential mental health disorders.
  • Diagnose mental health disorders based on clinical observations, client history, and standardized tools.

Requirements:
* A master's degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution* 2+ years of experience as a clinical counselor in a hospital or clinical setting* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) software* Experience working with diverse populations and age groups* Certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or similar credentials* Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (based on location and experience)* Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
