Position Summary:
Join our culinary team and take part in an exciting journey where your creativity and enthusiasm will enhance the overall experience for our guests. This role involves assisting in leading the culinary team and designing exceptional menus, while ensuring every interaction leaves a memorable impression on our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Banquet Chef to design and refine banquet menus tailored to client preferences, dietary needs, and event themes.
  • Supervise the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for banquet events, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to established culinary standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment in all food-related work areas and equipment.
  • Organize and review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), assist with product ordering, and prepare lists for team members.
  • Work closely with the banquet manager and relevant staff to synchronize food service timing with the overall event schedule.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while upholding high food quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and order supplies as necessary to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a fine dining environment.
  • Effective communication skills with co-workers and management.
  • Strong organizational skills, a clean work ethic, and a sense of urgency.
