Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Market Strategy for the Southern Region. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing growth initiatives across various states, including KY, OH, NC, FL, TX, and VA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans tailored to the Southern Region.
- Lead and mentor Market Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Foster relationships with local government entities to facilitate operational success.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all activities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to assess market conditions and identify opportunities.
- Analyze regional performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Create new business initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets.
- Prioritize capital expenditures to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and devise actionable plans.
- Enhance market share and competitive positioning through strategic initiatives.
- Uphold the company’s image by engaging with customers, community organizations, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on sales, marketing, or management.
- Proven experience managing remote teams and overseeing territory management.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to forecast growth and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and solve problems efficiently.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
