Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inspector, Airfoils Rotating Specialist to join our team at Power Systems Mfg., LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our airfoils rotating components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Assess airfoils rotating components to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and performance.
  • Perform Visual Inspections to identify any defects or issues with the components.
  • Conduct First Article Inspection Reports to document and track the inspection process.
  • Interface with Engineering and Order Execution to provide recommendations for work instruction and router improvements.
  • Generate Non-Conformance Reports in our QSI system to track and resolve any issues.
  • Review Job Paperwork to ensure completeness and conformity throughout the inspection process.
  • Operate Precision Measuring Equipment to assess the quality of the components.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Follow Environmental Health and Safety Regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform Waste Handling in accordance with EHS procedures and legal requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and completion of specific on-the-job training.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Interpretation of Technical Drawings or work instructions.
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office Programs, SAP, and time-keeping applications.
  • Detail-Oriented with a strong attention to quality and accuracy.
