Job Summary

As a key member of the Jupiter Medical Center team, the Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and day-to-day support of the organization's enterprise information technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, including server operating systems, storage, virtualization services, cloud services, local and wide-area networks, and end-user devices.

Responsibilities will include contributing to the design, administration, maintenance, and management of core information technology resources and systems.

The Systems Engineer will participate as part of a tier III operational support structure, responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures governing backup and recovery, and works to ensure maximum uptime and system availability.

They will be an active participant in developing and adhering to operational and change management policies, and will participate in enterprise initiatives dependent on information technologies.

Additionally, the Systems Engineer will participate in technology evaluations and will be an active participant in on-call rotation.

Performs other duties as assigned.
