About the Role:

The Quality Inspector is a vital member of the Vetio team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of packaging line equipment before production runs
  • Monitor environmental conditions in GMP areas to ensure compliance
  • Issue labeling materials as needed
  • Ensure packaging lines have correct documentation, components, and product before and during packaging runs
  • Complete packaging pages accurately
  • Conduct in-process fill checks throughout packaging runs according to SOP and packaging pages
  • Collect retain and laboratory evaluation samples as per SOP or packaging page
  • Perform finished product counts, including date, number of pallets, cases, and calculations
  • Back-flush product as pallets complete, using the BEAS system
  • Print and verify accuracy of pallet count sheets, attaching them to pallets
  • Ensure completeness of label reconciliation sheets and return unused labels to the label room
  • Verify equipment logbooks are completed accurately by Quality and production associates
  • Report quality non-conformances and deviations to the Quality Lead and Management
  • Ensure all documentation is reported using cGMP and applicable SOP
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Read, write, and comprehend SOP, Master Batch records, test procedures, and other technical documents in English
  • Perform calculations
  • High level of attention to detail
