Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team at Aerotek. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gas turbine alloys and be responsible for setting up and installing welding equipment, executing welding on gas turbine components, and performing quality checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and installation of welding equipment
  • Execution of welding on gas turbine components
  • Quality checks and documentation
  • Reporting production time and setting up welding parameters
  • Design and fabrication of welding fixtures, chill blocks, and purge boxes
Requirements
  • 2+ years of TIG welding experience
  • TIG welding on various materials such as Nickel Alloys, Inconel, Haynes, cobalt, and stainless steel
Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in a warehouse environment with air conditioning. The role involves rotation between different departments to gain diverse skills. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, with shifts from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm for the 1st shift and 3:30 pm to 2:00 am for the 2nd shift.
