HVAC Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department in the Mechanical Industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, managing a team of service technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and leading a team of HVAC service technicians
  • Monitoring and managing service calls, work orders, and technician schedules
  • Ensuring all service activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and within budget
  • Developing and managing the service department budget
  • Monitoring financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service, with at least two years in a managerial role
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
  • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
