Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for and qualify new leads through various channels, including referrals, online research, and networking events.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of our services and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring that all agreements are fair and mutually beneficial.
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve client relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite, with the ability to maintain accurate client records and CRM data.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
