Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, USA. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business leaders, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations issues, and day-to-day HR administration. Actively address employees' concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive working environment.
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for US-based positions, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with management and hiring teams to identify staffing needs and ensure the best talent is recruited to achieve business goals.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring all benefits are communicated clearly and effectively to employees, and that any employee concerns or issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in an HR Generalist role, with a proven track record in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of US labour laws and HR best practices, with the ability to apply them in a practical and compliant manner.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Fully equipped workstations with a laptop, monitors, headsets, keyboard, mouse, and any other necessary tools for a comfortable and productive work experience.
- Working fully onsite, Monday to Friday, in a dynamic and engaging environment.
