Job Description:

As a Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager at Balise, you will play a critical role in delivering a world-class guest experience from meet/greet to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize tools and systems to perform job duties at the highest level, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform an active meet and greet with clear communication and expectations.
  • Review the Vehicle Diagnosis & Multi Point Inspection with strict adherence to the Balise Group Service Selling & Customer Handling System.
  • Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history.
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle and update customers as needed.
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and high customer service orientation.
  • At least one year of related experience with a high CSI and Sales history.
  • CDK DMS experience is preferred but not required.
  • A current valid driver's license and insurability rating.
  • Strong negotiation, communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear. The employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
