Nurse-Midwifery Program Director Position

Job Description
- Servicing the College of Nursing
- Developing and overseeing curriculum
- Providing administrative support
- Teaching and mentoring students
- Participating in faculty governance
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Serving as an administrative lead
- Developing and implementing educational programs
- Mentoring and advising students
- Collaborating with faculty and staff
- Engaging in scholarly activities
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- An active unencumbered Oregon APRN license
- Current national AMCB certification
- An earned doctoral degree
- Experience in teaching and learning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in academic administration, simulation-based education, or CNM practice is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary range is $70,000 - 90,000, depending on experience.
