Position Overview:
As a Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll processes within the organization. Your role will involve meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Verify and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy in postings and documentation.
2. Organize and maintain comprehensive records, including payroll files and financial information, in accordance with company standards.
3. Prepare, audit, and distribute various reports related to payroll, finance, and accounting.
4. Review and reconcile employee hours, pay adjustments, and other payroll-related information.
5. Process employee compensation, including the issuance of paychecks and statements of earnings.
6. Compute wages and deductions, ensuring all entries are accurately reflected in the payroll system.
7. Provide guidance to employees and management regarding payroll inquiries, tax issues, and benefits.
8. Conduct batch adjustments and manage time clock settings as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related field.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
- Certification: None required.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this role ranges from $25.00 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, 401(k) plans, paid time off, life insurance, and wellness programs.
