Location: Flexible work arrangement from various office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate commission for sales representatives using Excel and PDF formats.
  • Generate monthly commission reports for various programs.
  • Respond to inquiries related to commissions via email and phone.
  • Assist in preparing commission lists and closing cycles for multiple entities.
  • Conduct outreach to fund companies to resolve outstanding items.
  • Collaborate with fund companies for electronic funding setups and statement reconciliations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
