HRIS Management and Enhancement

Management of Leaves of Absence
- Administer leave programs in accordance with legal requirements
- Coordinate accommodations under the ADA
- Provide guidance to employees and supervisors
- Maintain communication with employees and management throughout the leave process
Compliance with Benefits Regulations
- Stay informed about healthcare legislation
- Generate reports and documentation related to employee eligibility

Qualifications:Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- SPHR or equivalent certification
