Facilities Operations Manager

Adelante Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to providing high-quality patient care.
About the JobThis role requires a strong understanding of facilities management principles, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep of buildings and grounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating work requests, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and Environment of Care standards.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a point of contact for site administration, contractors, and property management in regard to building maintenance
- Replace light bulbs and air filters, coordinate and be on site for any repairs and general maintenance
- Assist in the management of non-clinical supplies/equipment related inventory and lifecycle management
- Review work requests and recommend proposed alternatives
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections of facilities for deficiencies, safety hazards, and code violations
To be considered for this role, you must have at least three years of related facilities/maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and training. You should also possess knowledge of facilities planning and construction management processes and procedures. Additionally, you must be computer literate and experienced using Microsoft Office applications.

CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
