Critical Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Critical Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team. As a critical facilities technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating various mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, generators, fire detection and suppression, life safety systems, temperature control systems, and building management systems. Your duties will include performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment, coordinating and supervising electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management programs, ensuring compliance with all change control processes, and scheduling and overseeing preventive, contracted, and general maintenance activities.
This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. You must have a high school diploma and at least 3-5 years of experience in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support. Electrical/mechanical certifications are preferred. You should also be willing to work overtime and longer shifts, including day/night/weekend/holiday shifts. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This role follows a rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and a cycle length of 3 months per shift.
