Job Overview

MIND 24-7, a leading provider of mental health care services, is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and presentable environment for staff and patients.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and manage site facility tasks, including maintenance, repair, and safety compliance.
  • Lead a team of personnel in assigned division, overseeing work schedules, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Schedule and conduct training and safety meetings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage janitorial services, maintenance, and replacement of facilities equipment and inventory.
  • Perform operational safety tests and adjust operating equipment and methods to ensure compliance.
  • Determine and recommend equipment, materials, and safety needs for assigned operation, maintenance, and improvement projects.
  • Inspect and evaluate work in progress and upon completion.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, planning and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Maintain inventory and restock clinical, medical, office, and janitorial supplies.
  • Coordinate and prepare for onsite events and tours.
  • Assist with employee timekeeping and submittals.
  • Receive, manage, and process work order requests.
  • Act as liaison between employees and contractors.
  • Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Arizona Driver's license in good standing.
  • Level One fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain one.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business administration and/or office management.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations related to health, safety, and sanitation of healthcare facilities.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
