Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a Cloud Recruitment Specialist at AugmentJobs, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding talented cloud engineers who will enhance our cloud services and infrastructure. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical teams, you will ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates for cloud engineering roles through diverse channels such as job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Initial Screening: Perform preliminary screenings, technical evaluations, and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with our company culture.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work alongside hiring managers to clarify job specifications, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and implement focused recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified cloud engineering candidates to address both current and future hiring demands.
  • Enhancing Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey by providing timely updates and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Industry Insights: Keep abreast of market trends, salary standards, and competitive dynamics to effectively attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate quality, to refine and enhance the recruitment process continuously.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally focusing on cloud engineering or IT positions.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and relevant skill sets (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Exceptional skills in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating.
  • Capability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently while prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous.
  • Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
  • Awareness of the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies.
