Job Overview

This is a remote, US-based position with a compensation range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual marketing plans and product/service launch plans to align activity and budget with business goals
  • Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel
  • Collaborate with product marketers, sales professionals, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders
  • Partner with outside creatives to produce high-quality content and marketing communications vehicles
  • Track progress of marketing campaigns and report on results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Market understanding: ability to translate persona research into content ideas while collaborating with senior subject matter experts and partners
  • Proficient in applying established frameworks throughout the content lifecycle
  • Creative execution: skilled in generating ideas, gaining internal support, and managing projects
  • Multitasking & relationships: effective in balancing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong relationships across teams
