Position Summary:


Are you a skilled mixologist with a flair for crafting exquisite drinks and delivering exceptional service? Join our esteemed hotel or resort as an Event Beverage Specialist and become a vital part of our team that creates unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events and banquets.

Maintain a tidy and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are readily accessible.

Engage with guests, take orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.

Mix and garnish cocktails according to established recipes and guest specifications.

Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines to ensure guest safety.

Collaborate with the event team to guarantee timely and efficient beverage service.

Manage cash transactions and keep accurate records of sales and inventory.

Assist in bar setup and breakdown, including stocking and replenishing supplies.

Join our dedicated team of bartenders and contribute to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:
Preferred one year of bartending experience.

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.

Demonstrate knowledge of drink recipes and beverage merchandising specials.

Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.

Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Ability to communicate effectively with the public and fellow team members.
