Plasma Center Technician

We're committed to improving the lives of patients with rare diseases. As a Plasma Center Technician at BioLife, you'll play a vital role in collecting high-quality plasma that becomes life-changing medicines.
Key Responsibilities- Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
- Answer phones, greet and focus on our donors, ensuring their safety and the safety of our team
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes through company-approved procedures
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Learn to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot state-of-the-art plasmapheresis machines
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens (risk level 1)
- Starting hourly wage: $ (reflects actual starting rate for this position)
