Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plasma Center Technician to join our team. As a Plasma Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our plasma collection process.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the plasma collection process.
- Screen donors for eligibility, take and record vital signs, and prepare donor charts.
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art plasmapheresis machines, ensuring the safety of our donors.
- Work collaboratively with our team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes.
- Support our donors by working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Experience working in food service, retail, hospital, lab, or a regulated environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced workplace.
We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $16.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match.
