Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review purchase requisitions from various departments to identify procurement needs.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and price lists to ensure accurate and efficient procurement processes.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- Track the status of requisitions and orders to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
- Inventory and track rental equipment on the job site to ensure optimal utilization.
- Perform various administrative duties as required by the Procurement Coordinator, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of materials used in the petrochemical industry, including pipe, valves, and fittings.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and become proficient in other company software and systems.
- Basic knowledge of materials used in the petrochemical industry, including pipe, valves, and fittings.
- Highly organized with close attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

- Analytical thinker with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Team player with ability to assist others when needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office setting, preferably in procurement or purchasing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
