Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train customer service staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including corporate flight departments and high-profile clients.
  • Manage customer service schedules, recommend staffing levels, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Assist in sales initiatives and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Previous customer service experience with a strong focus on aviation or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
