Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to join our team as an NPI and Manufacturing Excellence Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new product introduction and manufacturing excellence initiatives across the organization.


Main Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to introduce new products and drive manufacturing excellence initiatives
  • Develop and implement process improvements and optimizations to increase manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and delivery performance
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related)
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Product, Process, or NPI Engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to analyze and improve processes

About Working at Anello Photonics

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
