Salary Range: $85,000 - $126,528 per annum

Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Automation Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for providing direct coordination and integrated automation support within our global robotics asset portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless delivery of outputs to our sites in Indianapolis, Raleigh Durham NC, Concord NC, Alzey Germany, and potentially other future locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing direct coordination and integrated automation support within Global Robotics Asset Portfolio.
  2. Ensuring seamless delivery of outputs to multiple sites.
  3. Developing and delivering automation solutions that meet customer requirements.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation improvement.
  5. Maintaining and troubleshooting automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate colleagues on automation best practices.
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform automation strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer (pharmaceutical environment experience highly preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • GMP/Validation practices.
  • Intermediate skills with WORD (authoring/editing large technical documents with styles, tables, TOCs, track changes).
  • Basic skills with EXCEL and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities.
  • Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change.
