Commercial Lines Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Business Development Manager to join our team at Brock Insurance Group, LLC (BIG).
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and policy renewals to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
- Provide high-quality service and support to clients daily.
- Meet sales targets and performance goals.
- Proven experience as a Producer or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market dynamics.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Property and Casualty license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
