About the Role:

Mango is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and maintain a commercial and aesthetic store environment.
  • Manage and distribute tasks and positions to team members, ensuring efficient store operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
