Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance to hospital staff, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Patient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring that their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and education as needed to ensure excellence in patient care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve hospital operations and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing training.
  • Licensure: Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Certifications: CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
