Position Overview:
The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for the supervision and management of physician services to assigned practices. Under the general supervision of the Director Service Line Practices, this individual directs, coordinates, and integrates practice resources and activities to meet the goals of the service line. This role requires a strong understanding of both long-range goals and short-term objectives, with a focus on achieving standards and enhancing operations. The Clinical Services Manager works in partnership with physician leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, enhance operations, and promote physician participation and integration into the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Directs and coordinates practice resources and activities to meet service line goals
Supervises and manages physician services to assigned practices
Works in partnership with physician leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and enhance operations
Promotes physician participation and integration into the practice

Requirements:
2 years of management experience in healthcare
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Healthcare Management
Certified Medical Practice Executive or Certified Physician Practice Manager preferred

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday

Weekend Requirements:
No weekends required

Call Requirements:
As needed
