Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team at Stark & Stark. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee databases, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist in the administration of our performance management program, including reporting and communications.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to building a positive Firm culture by participating in volunteer programs and Firm events.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in human resources or a related field, with experience and/or training/certification substituted for education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or an administrative role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.
