Your Role: As Director of Hospitality Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations in the absence of senior management. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of quality and service while driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering departments
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
