Are you an experienced Director of Operations who knows the Miami restaurant and nightlife scene inside and out? Are you a modern, tech-savvy leader who excels in both strategy and execution? If so, we want to hear from you We’re conducting a confidential search for an established, fast-growing Miami-based restaurant group in need of a dynamic DOO to join their leadership team.

What You’ll Do:
As the Director of Operations, you will oversee all restaurant operations across multiple high-end, full-service dining concepts. This isn’t just a role for a DOO – we’re looking for someone who understands and thrives in the vibrant nightlife scene while ensuring that each restaurant is running seamlessly, offering unforgettable experiences and delivering exceptional results. You’ll collaborate with top-level executives and play a pivotal role in expanding this group’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple upscale restaurant locations across the Miami area, with an emphasis on both quality and consistency
  • Lead a team of managers and staff to achieve financial goals, maintain guest satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Leverage modern marketing techniques and digital tools to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and engage with the local dining and nightlife audience
  • Drive innovative marketing and guest engagement strategies to meet evolving trends and cater to Miami’s unique nightlife and dining culture
  • Collaborate closely with ownership to develop growth strategies and oversee new location launches as the group expands

What We’re Looking For:

  • Miami Local: Must reside in the Greater Miami area and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant and nightlife scene
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in an operations role within upscale dining, with a track record of managing multiple locations, ideally in Miami or a similar market
  • Nightlife Expertise: Strong grasp of Miami’s nightlife dynamics, with the ability to lead restaurant operations that thrive during peak hours and special events
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (POS, CRM, social media) and comfort with using data analytics to inform decision-making
  • Marketing-Minded: A strategic mindset for modern marketing, guest engagement, and brand-building
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and manage teams, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
