Lead Business Development and Sales Efforts

NUCKOLLS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities
  • Research and pursue new business leads, focusing on B2B sales
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
