Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and 3 years in a SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain internal control policies to ensure financial data integrity.
  • Prepare and present financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
  • Implement and maintain financial systems to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a SaaS company.
  • Experience in start-up environments and managing finances and cash in high-growth companies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition principles and metrics.
  • Excellent knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
