Meeting Experience Attendant

Arch Amenities Group is a leading provider of premium meeting and event services in New York City. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Meeting Experience Attendant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Set up and maintain buffet stations, including chafing dishes, servingware, and signage
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Replenish food and beverage supplies as needed
  • Assist clients with audiovisual equipment, including laptop connections, microphone management, and video conferencing setup
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including meeting rooms and inventory supplies
  • Refresh meeting rooms as needed and clean dishes, flatware, and glassware in the dishwasher
  • Restock meeting supplies and comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies
  • Ability to move tables, chairs, and furniture and lift up to 30 pounds
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years
  • Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and ability to work in a standing position for long periods
  • Able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
  • Additional duties as required by management
