Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physician or Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at our Chandler, AZ location. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in accordance with clinical best practices for an urgent care and/or occupational health setting. They will also provide compassionate and respectful patient care consistent with NextCare's services, values, and mission statement.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and treating patients in accordance with clinical best practices
  • Providing patient care consistent with NextCare's services, values, and mission statement
  • Treating all patients who present to the clinic appropriately and discussing the treatment plan with the patient
  • Documenting care utilizing the electronic documentation system
  • Taking personal responsibility for coding and billing for care rendered
  • Maintaining clinical productivity consistent with peers and industry standards
  • Following up on patient care as indicated

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted state medical license
  • Active D.E.A.
  • Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine diploma
  • Completion of Residency, preferably in family medicine or emergency medicine
  • Current Specialty Board Certification
  • Active BLS
  • DOT Certification may be required

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
