About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Concentric Healthcare Staffing. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to patients in need.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work with patients in various settings, including hospitals, group homes, and detox facilities. As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care, conducting safety checks, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to behavioral health patients, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Conduct regular patient safety checks to ensure a secure environment.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living space for patients.
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to patients displaying aggressive behavior or experiencing a crisis.
  • Document patient observations accurately and in compliance with facility policies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in mental health support.
  • Current Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • TB test within the last year.
  • CPI Blue Card (updated within the last 12 months).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary Information

Estimated salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
