Oversee the complete operations and business outcomes of Retail Forecourts, including Fuels and Non-Fuel Retail (NFR).

Re-establish operational oversight on the forecourts by effectively employing ISR strategies such as Platform Change, RVP Enhancement, and increased supervision.

Customer Engagement:

Gain a thorough understanding of customer preferences at each site and collaborate with Network, Marketing, and Operations to implement Customer Value Propositions (CVP) that meet essential customer demands.

Ensure the consistent fulfillment of Customer Commitments by managing compliance with contracts through established Independent Audits, including Customer Experience Audits, Independent Safety Audits, Quality & Quantity Checks, SEA, BEA, and Brand Standards Program.

Utilize independent audits, the Brand Standards Program, and Retail Training initiatives to enhance the capabilities of Retailers in delivering Customer Commitments.

Team Development:

Identify competency gaps among Retailers and their ability to meet Customer Commitments; provide coaching, support, and guidance using appropriate resources.

Ensure Retailers are training and developing their staff while recognizing the significance of personnel in achieving Customer Commitments, sharing and coaching on Shell tools and processes as necessary.

Leverage the Retail Academy to establish the appropriate organizational structure at the site level, including managerial roles for Fuels Forecourt, Customer Relations, and Car Services.

Transform the role of Service Champions by collaborating with Partners and internal stakeholders to enhance their working conditions and compensation, aiming to elevate the profile of Service Champions to actively engage Customers and embody Shell's Customer Commitment.

Utilize the Retail Service Champion Empowerment Program (Training, Incentives) to maintain engagement and motivation among Service Champions.

Regularly provide insights to Learning and Operations teams for the development of capability-building programs for Retailers and their teams.

Shareholder Value:

Implement ISR strategies at the site level to drive business growth and achieve Territory and Regional plans.

Formulate and execute site-specific business plans, monitoring progress through structured monthly site visits and quarterly business reviews.

Own the site-level business plan, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance revenue and optimize operational costs.

Continuously identify and develop an opportunity pipeline for the territory.

Recognize opportunities for profitable Retail Network expansion within the Territory in alignment with the Growth Strategy, while managing site renewals and disposals.

Implement Fuel Pricing strategies for deregulated fuels.

Maintain relationships with key external stakeholders within the Territory.

Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE):

Foster and uphold a robust HSSE culture within the designated geographical area.

Achieve agreed HSSE targets for the geographical area.

Safeguard Shell's interests by ensuring adherence to all HSSE standards and procedural compliance while proactively managing stakeholder relationships.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure effective utilization of call planning, business planning, and the development and implementation of opportunity pipelines.

Achieve Operational Excellence KPIs, including Customer Experience Audits, Independent Safety Audits, Brand Standards Program, and others.
