Job Summary

We are looking for an Office Operations Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be able to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all visitors are properly checked in and issued a badge.
  • Answer all phone calls and direct them accordingly.
  • Purchase office supplies and snacks for multiple locations.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff and other team members.
  • Maintain conference room calendars and provide necessary resources for meetings.
  • Create interview materials as needed.
  • Manage parking and transit benefits for employees.
  • Manage Telcon accounts and work with PMs to assign and distribute lines.
  • Collaborate with building management, engineers, and security to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Attend meetings and maintain a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance.
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
