About UsWe are a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. About the Role- Design and deliver recreational programs tailored to meet the functional levels, needs, and interests of our residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident attendance and participation in activities
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages residents to participate in personal development and promotes their physical, social, and mental well-being
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role
- A COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory
- Previous experience in long-term care would be beneficial but not necessary
