**Job Title:** Physical Therapist Assistant in Rehabilitation Therapy
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Codeforce360. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to work alongside our experienced therapists and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
**Job Summary:** As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in need. You will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments and interventions, and educate patients on proper techniques and exercises.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans under the supervision of licensed physical therapists
Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises to promote patient progress and independence
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and self-care practices
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and communication with healthcare teams
Collaborate with physical therapists to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
**Requirements:**
Associate's degree or higher in Physical Therapist Assistant studies
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of New York
1+ years of experience in rehabilitation therapy, preferably in a physical therapist assistant role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent observational and documentation skills
