About the Position:**
We are currently seeking a Recreation Aide to join our team at the Magnolia House Women's Shelter. As a Recreation Aide, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing recreational programs that promote social development, physical activity, and overall well-being among our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the creation of engaging recreational activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities
- Organizing and leading group sessions to foster social connections and community building
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and upholding confidentiality
- Collaborating with the Recreation Coordinator to design and implement program content
- Tracking equipment and supplies, ensuring proper use of recreation facilities, and monitoring client progress
Salary Range:**
$16 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
