Job Title: RF Engineer

At Lutron Electronics Co., Inc., we are seeking a talented RF Engineer to join our team. As an integral member of our engineering department, you will contribute to the design and development of innovative, high-quality consumer products and services for commercial and residential use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF circuit designs to ensure certification compliance and electromagnetic compatibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop innovative products and services.
  • Support existing products and systems by resolving manufacturing issues, part obsolescence challenges, and supply chain shortages.
  • Work in close partnership with RF team members to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Develop RF skills through mentorship by senior RF leaders within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time for inter-office collaboration, site visits, etc.
